RICHARD M. ARNOLD is a founding member of Arnold & Arnold, LLP, in Lakewood. Mr. Arnold has been an attorney for more than 27 years and practices in the areas of divorce, family law, real property, estate planning, probate and litigation. He is a member of the Denver, 1st Judicial District and Colorado bar associations. Mr. Arnold earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Denver and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado. CAROLYN E. DUNCAN is a sole practitioner in Littleton, where she focuses her practice on family law and estate planning. She has more than 15 years of experience practicing law in Colorado and Georgia, including four years working as a civilian family law attorney with the military at Fort Benning, Georgia. Ms. Duncan has completed mediation training with an emphasis in domestic relations. She received her B.A. degree from Florida State University and her J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. Ms. Duncan is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Family Law Section) and the Denver County Bar Association. JEROME W. KARSH is the principal in the Denver firm of Karsh Consulting PC, a CPA firm engaged in the general practice of accounting. The firm performs certified audits, tax and management services, economic studies and other related work. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Colorado. Mr. Karsh has lectured before numerous professional groups, including the Colorado Society of CPAs, the Colorado Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He also has written a number of articles on tax topics and business valuations and prepared various seminar outlines on these topics. Mr. Karsh received both his B.A. and M.S.B.A. degrees from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. PAUL G. URTZ is an attorney with Stutz, Miller & Urtz, LLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, construction litigation, commercial matters and bankruptcy litigation. His family law practice cover a range of matters from parenting time, child support, property division and maintenance issues, to more complex matters involving the valuation and division of closely held businesses and other substantial marital assets. Mr. Urtz has more than 25 years of experience litigating all aspects and types of domestic relations and commercial matters in state and federal courts. He also has represented clients in numerous arbitration proceedings, as well as serving as a mediator and providing expert testimony regarding attorney fees. Mr. Urtz earned his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.
