GLEN R. ANSTINE is an attorney in private practice with Glen R. Anstine, P.C., in Denver, where he focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law. Mr. Anstine earned his B.S. degree from Portland State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law at Lincoln. He is a panel member of the Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Colorado. Mr. Anstine is a member of The Colorado Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Jefferson County Bar Association. JON B. CLARKE is sole shareholder of the Denver Tech Center law firm of Jon B. Clarke, P.C., where he limits his practice to the areas of debt workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations and real estate. Since 1973, Mr. Clarke has represented numerous corporate and individual debtors in the land development, home building, oil and gas, defense, high tech, e-business, retail, financial, agribusiness, health and telecommunications industries. A frequent lecturer and expert witness on debtor-creditor and insolvency topics, Mr. Clarke earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He is a member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado (member, Business Law Section and Bankruptcy Committee) bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a 2006 Colorado Super Lawyer (bankruptcy). PAUL V. MOSS has been a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Trustee, in Denver since 2006. Prior to employment with the U.S. Trustee, Mr. Moss was a shareholder in the Moss Law Firm, LLC, in Pueblo Colorado for ten years, where he represented debtors and creditors in business and consumer bankruptcy and insolvency. While in private practice, he was appointed as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in Colorado Springs and Pueblo from 2003-2006. He was also appointed by Chief Judge of the 10th Judicial District to act as the Probate Public Administrator. Mr. Moss earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and his J.D. degree from Drake University Law School in Iowa. Mr. Moss plays an ongoing and active role in training Colorado's Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel. WILLIAM D. NELSCH is a sole proprietor in Denver where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, litigation and consumer bankruptcy. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to bankruptcy computer software, as well as other bankruptcy related issues. Mr. Nelsch earned his B.A. degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, John Marshall School of Law. He also attended the Computer Law program at the University of Denver and the Computer Software Law program at Land Resources Institute. Mr. Nelsch is a member of The Colorado and American bar associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the NACBA National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. ELLEN R. WELNER is with George T. Carlson & Associates in Englewood, Colorado. Her practice focuses on representing consumers and small business owners in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. She was the co-author of the article "Bankruptcy and Divorce: What Divorce Counsel Should Know About Bankruptcy" in the October, 2008, issue of The Colorado Lawyer, as well as other articles on consumer bankruptcy. She is a member of the ABI Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference Advisory Board. Ms. Welner has participated as a lecturer for programs presented by the American Bankruptcy Institute, Colorado Women's Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association CLE and the Chapter 13 Trustee Seminars. Ms. Welner earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and J.D. degree from the University of Denver, College of Law.
