BRITNEY BEALL-EDER is an attorney with the Denver law firm of Castle Stawiarski, LLC, a law firm which specializes in creditor bankruptcy, foreclosure, and real estate matters. Ms. Beall-Eder's primary emphasis in the law firm is in the area of bankruptcy. She also practices in the litigation and foreclosure departments of the firm. Ms. Beall-Eder earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver, where she was a senior staff editor on the Denver University Law Review. AARON A. GARBER is a shareholder with Kutner Miller Brinen, P.C., where he primarily represents individuals and corporations in complex bankruptcy matters, typically as debtor's counsel. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law. Prior to joining Kutner Miller Brinen, P.C., Mr. Garber practiced bankruptcy law in Wilmington, Delaware, for the law firm of Pepper Hamilton, LLP. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Colorado, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Mr. Garber is a member of the American, Colorado, and Delaware State bar associations, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Garber has spoken and authored articles on various bankruptcy matters. DANIEL A. HEPNER is the sole shareholder of Daniel A. Hepner, P.C., where his areas of practice are devoted primarily to bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation (representing creditors, debtors, and trustees), and business and commercial litigation. He has been a member of the panel of Chapter 7 trustees for the District of Colorado since April, 1999, and has also served as a case by case Chapter 12 Trustee in the District of Colorado since August of 2007. Mr. Hepner has also been appointed as a Chapter 11 trustee in cases pending in the District of Colorado. He has spoken on bankruptcy and collection law issues at various continuing legal education seminars. From October 1987 to August 2006, Mr. Hepner practiced law with the firm of Lirtzman, Nehls & Hepner, P.C. in Boulder, Colorado. He earned his B.A., J.D. and M.A. degrees from the University of Colorado. Mr. Hepner is a member of the Boulder and Colorado bar associations, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute. WILLIAM D. NELSCH is a sole proprietor in Denver where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, litigation, and consumer bankruptcy. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to bankruptcy computer software, as well as other bankruptcy related issues. Mr. Nelsch earned his B.A. degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, John Marshall School of Law. He also attended the Computer Law program at the University of Denver and the Computer Software Law program at Land Resources Institute. Mr. Nelsch is a member of the Colorado and American bar associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys). CHARLES PARNELL is the sole shareholder of Parnell & Associates, P.C., emphasizing bankruptcy and taxation; and American Tax Center, Inc., a tax preparation firm. The primary focus of his practice is the resolution of past due taxes. Mr. Parnell earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wyoming and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver. He speaks frequently on resolving tax debt through bankruptcy. ELLEN R. WELNER is with George T. Carlson & Associates in Englewood, Colorado. Her practice focuses on representing consumers and small business owners in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Ms. Welner was the co-author of the article "Bankruptcy and Divorce: What Divorce Counsel Should Know About Bankruptcy" in the October, 2008, issue of The Colorado Lawyer, as well as other articles on consumer bankruptcy. She is a member of the ABI Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference Advisory Board. Ms. Welner has participated as a lecturer for programs presented by the American Bankruptcy Institute, Colorado Women's Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association CLE, and the Chapter 13 Trustee Seminars. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver, College of Law.
