HON. RICHARD T. GURLEY is a District Court Judge in the 21st Judicial District of Colorado.

HON. DENISE K. LYNCH is a District Court Judge in the 9th Judicial District of Colorado.

HON. GAIL NICHOLS is a District Court Judge in the 9th Judicial District of Colorado.

HON. JAMES W. SCHUM is a District Court Judge in the 7th Judicial District of Colorado.

MODERATOR - LAIRD T. MILBURN is of counsel with Dufford Waldeck Milburn & Krohn, L.L.P. Mr. Milburn is involved with mediating disputes involving all areas of litigation. He also assists the firm with commercial, personal injury and professional malpractice litigation. Mr. Milburn is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (fellow), American Bar Association (fellow), Colorado Supreme Court Grievance Committee, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Mesa County Bar Association, Colorado Rural Services (Board of Directors), American College of Trial Lawyers and International Society of Barristers. He is certified as Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Milburn earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver.
