KAREN R. FROSTROM is an attorney with Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire, where she practices in the areas of business litigation, municipal redevelopment, land use, eminent domain, condemnation/eminent domain and contracts. She is admitted to practice in all California and Arizona state courts, and in all state and federal courts, both superior and appellate courts, in California. Ms. Frostrom has litigated trials to verdict in San Diego and Orange County, and also has handled both appellate writs and direct appeals. She has served as an extern to the Honorable Rudi Bewster of the Southern District Court of California, and has clerked at the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Department of the Navy. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from San Diego State University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the California Western School of Law, where she attended on a full scholarship. She also serves as judge pro tem for the San Diego Superior Court. CRAIG A. MILLER is a partner with the San Diego firm of Levine & Miller, where his main areas of practice include civil litigation, insurance, bad faith, wrongful termination and business torts. Mr. Miller earned his B.S.F.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Consumer Attorneys of California. STEPHEN T. SIGLER is a shareholder with Neil, Dymott, Frank, McFall &Trexler, APLC, where he specializes in civil litigation, with emphasis in professional, legal and medical malpractice. His experience includes defense of general liability, sexual assault and battery, personal injury and construction defect, as well as Federal Civil Rights litigation and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Sigler has spoken to multiple groups and associations on a variety of HIPAA and healthcare legal issues. He is admitted to practice in the state of California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Sigler earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the Federal Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Defense Lawyers and the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management.
