September 13 - Fresno ROBERT L. HOWK is a partner in the Fresno law firm of Howk & Downing, LLP. Mr. Howk has been an attorney for more than 14 years and his practice includes estate planning, elder law and veterans' benefits law. He has appeared as a lecturer on ethics as part of San Joaquin College of Law's annual continuing education program for attorneys as well as a guest lecturer for the Northern California Fraud Investigators.
