JAMES A. MCFALL is a senior trial lawyer and shareholder with Neil, Dymott, Frank, McFall & Trexler APLC. Mr. McFall is a member of the Board of Directors, and the current secretary and treasurer of the firm. He specializes in insurance coverage, bad faith litigation and business litigation, with emphasis in environmental/toxic torts and trusts and estates. Mr. McFall has argued numerous appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Second District Court of Appeals and the Fourth District Court of Appeals. He is a member of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies and the Professional Liability Underwriters Society. Mr. McFall is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Association of San Diego Business Litigation, the Defense Research Institute and the San Diego Defense Lawyers. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of California at San Diego and his J.D. degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California. PATRICK L. PRINDLE is an attorney with Mulvaney, Kahan & Barry, LLP, where he specializes in general civil litigation, with emphasis in the trial, arbitration and mediation of matters concerning complex commercial, employment, construction and insurance disputes. Mr. Prindle is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a master in the William B. Enright Inn of Court. He has taught law school courses in products liability law as an adjunct professor, and has lectured various groups of attorneys and business managers on subjects, including mold and environmental litigation and handling construction disputes. Mr. Prindle is admitted to practice in the states of California and Montana. He also is admitted to practice before The U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California; and the District of Montana. Mr. Prindle earned his B.S. degree from the University of Montana and his J.D. degree from Western State University, College of Law. BRIAN P. WORTHINGTON is a partner in the law firm of Ryan Mercaldo & Worthington LLP, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, insurance coverage and appellate practice. He has lectured for various professional groups on insurance coverage and appellate law. Mr. Worthington is admitted to practice in California, Illinois and Nevada. He is a member of the San Diego County (former chair, Appellate Court Committee) and Clark County bar associations. Mr. Worthington is the chair of the San Diego County Delegation to the California State Bar Conference. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego.
