December 5 - Irvine PAULA A. CLARKSON is an attorney with the Orange County law firm Brown & Streza LLP. She earned her LL.M. in taxation at Golden Gate University School of Law. Ms. Clarkson concentrates her practice on planning for estates of all sizes, including pre and post-mortem estate planning for high net worth individuals, including drafting of will and trust documents, partnership agreements, and LLC agreements along with probate and trust administration and litigation. She also has experience in advising clients in estate, gift, and trust tax matters; administration and funding of trusts; related income tax planning; and fiduciary accountings. Previously, Ms. Clarkson worked in the Private Client Advisor practice at a Big 5 accounting firm, where she focused on estate, gift and individual tax planning. LAWLER JR is an attorney in private practice in Newport Beach. His practice is primarily in estate planning, probate, trust administration and related litigation. December 6 - San Bernardino E. LAWRENCE BROCK is the principal of Brock Law Office in Chino. Mr. Brock has been an attorney for more than 28 years and focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, and small business law. He is a former adjunct professor at California State University - San Bernardino. Mr. Brock is a member of the State Bar of California, the Eastern Bar Association of Los Angeles County, Western San Bernardino County and Riverside County bar associations, and the Pomona Valley Estate Planning Counsel. He is designated as an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
