RICHARD C. BRENNEMAN is managing partner in the Santa Maria law firm of Brenneman, Juarez & Adam LLP, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation and all types of personal injury, negligence, land use, business and contract litigation cases. During his more than 30 years experience practicing law, Mr. Brenneman has litigated and tried complex cases lasting as long as two months and/or involving tens of millions of dollars. He was honored as "Trial Lawyers of the Year" in 1997 and 2004, and the Los Angeles Daily Journal recognized him as one of the top 20 trial lawyers in California. In addition to his courtroom victories, he has obtained millions of dollars in out-of-court settlements of his clients. Mr. Brenneman has successfully represented clients in personal injury, business, and real estate cases, as well as in matters concerning governmental abuse. He has extensive experience in handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, toxic contamination, product liability and medical negligence. Mr. Brenneman earned his A.A. degree from Allan Hancock College, his B.S. degree from Seattle University and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and admitted to practice in the Northern District of California Federal Court, Southern District of California Federal Court, Central District of California Federal Court, and Eastern District of California Federal Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. TYRONE J. MAHO is a founder/partner of the law offices of Maho & Prentice, LLP, located in Santa Barbara, California. His practice is in the area of civil litigation, particularly focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and general business litigation. Mr. Maho's 29 year background also includes many years as primary litigation counsel for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in all of central and southern California, as well as for Home Depot USA, Inc., in five different California counties. Mr. Maho is a member of CAALA and formerly a member of ABOTA having tried approximately 50 civil jury trials. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and was a civil litigation teacher at UCSB Extension for more than six years. Mr. Maho earned his J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis and was a member of the U.C. Davis Law Review and Trial Practice Honors Board. He graduated from the University of California at Davis with a B.A. degree, with honors, in 1985 and an M.A. degree in 1986. NICOLAS C. VRATARIC is a sole practitioner in Oxnard, where for 10 years he has concentrated his practice in the areas of employment law, including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, defamation, meal-and-rest break and wage-and-hour dispute cases. Mr. Vrataric earned his B.S. degree from the University of Puget Sound and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. He is a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of California, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Institute of Trial Advocates and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
