HARRIET B. ALEXSON is the principal of her own firm where she practices in real estate and commercial finance, corporate law, private placements and mergers and acquisitions. She is also involved in regulatory legal issues for real estate companies, mortgage bankers, brokers and servicers. She earned her B.S. and M.A. degrees from Boston University and her J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Law School.
