She earned her B.S. degree from Central Missouri State University and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.

MARLENE S. SELTZER is an attorney with Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten, LLP, where she practices in the areas of elder law, Medi-Cal planning and estate planning. Prior to becoming an attorney, she had years of experience in an insurance office specializing in estate planning; and in the real estate industry specializing in commercial and investment properties. Ms. Seltzer is currently serving as the co-chair of the Probate Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. degree from Glendale University College of Law.
