DALE A. ARAKAWA is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ericksen Arbuthnot, Attorneys at Law. His practice focuses on products liability; professional liability; real estate agents and brokers; fire and casualty; and a range of general civil liablity. He has experience in all phases of litigation and trial, both in state and Federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arakawa was an associate at Sedgwick Detert Moran and Arnold in their Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Japanese American Bar Association and volunteers for projects on behalf of the Nisei Week Foundation. Mr. Arakawa is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, in the Central District of California. LEYLA CAMBEL is a senior legal assistant at the law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP, specializing primarily as a patent and trademark infringement paralegal as well as a general business litigation paralegal. Ms. Cambel has more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry. She has worked extensively as a litigation paralegal for numerous law firms since 1979. Ms. Cambel earned her paralegal certificate from Blackstone Institute/School of Law. Her further education includes courses taken at the University of California, Los Angeles and Mt. San Antonio Community College, Walnut, California, as well as other MCLE related courses throughout the years. KELLI M. FERGUSON is a senior litigation paralegal and paralegal manager at Graves & King LLP, where she is responsible for the day to day management of cases from inception to trial. Ms. Ferguson specializes in wildfire, flood, and natural resource damages; insurance defense of construction related matters; wrongful death; and personal injury. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Redlands, and her paralegal certificate from the University of California at Riverside. Ms. Ferguson has been a corporate trainer for Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Services, Inc., where she managed and implemented case management, client services, and software training programs for all associates. She is a member of the Orange County Paralegal Association; the Organization of Legal Professionals; the University of Redlands Whitehead Leadership Society; and the National Association of Professional Women.
