THOMAS M. BOYAJIAN has been a sole practitioner in Fresno for more than 35 years and practices in the area of family law, in addition to landlord and tenant law and probate. He has been a frequent lecturer, including numerous seminars related to family law and landlord and tenant issues. Mr. Boyajian was a judge pro tem in the small claims court and in family law. He earned his B.A. degree from California State University at Fresno and his J.D. degree from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the State Bar of California. ERIN M. RHAMES-CHILDS is the principal of Childs Law Group, APLC, in Fresno. Ms. Childs focuses her practice on family law. She is on the board of directors of the Central Valley Collaborative Law Affiliates and is a certified collaborative lawyer with the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from San Joaquin College of Law. NANCY J. STEGALL is the principal of the Law Office of Nancy J. Stegall, APC in Fresno. Ms. Stegall is a Certified Family Law Specialist who has been practicing law in the counties of Fresno, Madera, Tulare and Kings for 14 years. Ms. Stegall's practice is devoted primarily to family law, including marital dissolution, child custody and visitation, child support, adoption, juvenile dependency proceedings and guardianships. She has acted as Judge Pro Tem in Fresno County; is a member of the State Bar of California, Family Law Section, which she chaired for a year; as well as the Fresno County Women Lawyers, where she served as a board member. Ms. Stegall is one of the founding members of the Central Valley Collaborative Law Affiliates. She was awarded Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by the Fresno County Bar Association in 2006. She earned her J.D. degree from San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno.
