TIFFANY L. ANDREWS, CWLS, is an associate at the Law Offices of Susan E. Christiansen. Ms. Andrews focuses her practice on family law, juvenile dependency and probate. She earned the designation of child welfare law specialist (CWLS) from the National Association of Counsel for Children. Ms. Andrews is a member of the Solano County Bar Association (Family Law Committee), the State Bar of California (Family Law Section), and the National Association of Counsel for Children. She earned her B.S. degree from California State University - Sacramento and her J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. MIRANDA LATHROP BARBER is an attorney with Mattice Law Offices in Fairfield, CA. Ms. Barber focuses her practice on family law and is board certified as a family law specialist through the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization. She has worked in conjunction with the local Solano County courts where she previously acted as an on-call, domestic-violence beeper judge. Ms. Barber has received more than 40 hours of training in mediation and offers mediation services as part of her practice. She also has served as a court appointed family law mediator. She has completed training in collaborative divorce and has previously served on the court's panel for minors' counsel. Ms. Barber has presented at local seminars on representing children and preparing judgments in family law cases. She is a member of the Solano County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Ms. Barber earned her B.A. degree from Washington State University and her J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. KIMBERLY A. STEFFENSON is a shareholder in the law firm of Rich, Fuidge, Morris & Lane, Inc. She practices in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. Ms. Steffenson is trained as a mediator and actively serves as a mediator for the Butte County Superior Court and Yuba County Superior Court. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Yuba-Sutter and American bar associations. Ms. Steffenson earned her B.S. degree from California State University, Chico and her J.D. degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
