JAMES S. CARLETTI has more than 30 years of experience with Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims. Initially employed as an attorney with the Social Security Administration, he specialized in disability claims in private practice. For the past 20 years, he has served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in the West Los Angeles and San Diego offices. Concurrently, he served more than 30 years with the US Navy Reserves, retiring as a JAGC Captain. ANTHONY J. DELELLIS is the principal of DeLellis & Associates, with offices in San Diego and Imperial counties. Mr. DeLellis concentrates his practice in the areas of Social Security disability and workers' compensation. His experience includes successfully handling over seven thousand injury and disability claims over the past 30 years. He is also a frequent speaker on disability issues and has served as an adjunct professor at Rider University and Mesa Colleges. Mr. DeLellis is an active member of various state and local organizations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, and has represented Social Security claimants at hearings throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and his Master's degree in business administration from the University of San Diego School of Business. THOMAS G. ROCHE is a sole practitioner in San Diego where he practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability. Mr. Roche has been practicing law for 25 years and has previously lectured for National Business Institute on Social Security disability matters. He has also lectured before the San Diego County Bar Association on Social Security consultative examinations and has served as an adjunct professor at San Diego City College where he taught legal research. Mr. Roche is the co-chair of the Social Security disability section of the San Diego County Bar Association and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSC). He earned his B.A. degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
