CHANG HOON CHAE is a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker, P.C., where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has been published in California Trusts and Estates Quarterly and has given lectures to professional and lay audiences on estate planning and charitable giving. GREEN is a partner with the law firm of Irsfeld, Irsfeld & Younger LLP, where he practices in the areas of taxation, business law, estate planning and probate. Mr. Green has lectured on estate planning and taxation issues, as well as fee arbitration.
