She has been appointed to a task force for the city of Walnut Creek to move recommendations for fiscal policies. MATTHEW E. Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience in business litigation, including defending builders and subcontractors in construction defect litigation. Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience in litigating family law matters, focusing his practice in this area and representing high net worth individuals in complex property division and valuation cases.
