STEVEN R. FOX is a sole practitioner in Encino, where he limits his practice to representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and business reorganization. Mr. Fox represents businesses, individual debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 business reorganization cases; creditors in Chapter 13; and litigants in adversary proceedings. HELEN R. FRAZER is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Frazer is a specialist in the area of bankruptcy and currently serves on the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees in Riverside County. She has been certified as a specialist in the area of bankruptcy by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She also handles real estate and commercial law matters, and advises clients in drafting contracts and agreements. Ms. Frazer formerly served as the senior attorney in charge of the Bankruptcy Department for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Costa Mesa Field Office; and as counsel under the FSLIC Management Consignment Program to Butterfield Savings and Loan Association. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, the Financial Lawyers Conference, and is a former director of both the Los Angeles County and Orange County Bankruptcy Forums. Ms. Frazer earned her B.A. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from Southwestern Law School. NICHOLAS GEBELT is a board certified bankruptcy law specialist certified by the California State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization in Whittier, California, at the Law Offices of Nicholas Gebelt. He practices bankruptcy law exclusively, focusing on chapters 7, 11, and 13 for individuals and married couples, and chapters 7 and 11 for small businesses, Mr. Gebelt is admitted to the State Bar of California, He earned two undergraduate degrees (mathematics and forest resources) and a masters degree (mathematics) from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington; a Ph.D. degree (mathematics) from UCLA; and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, Virginia. Mr. Gebelt is a former math professor, and thus is a recovering academic. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association, the Southern California Bankruptcy Inn of Court, the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum, the Federal Bar Association, and the Whittier Bar Association of which he was president in 2010. AMY L. GOLDMAN serves as a co-chair for the firm-wide Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department in the national law firm of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith LLP. She has more than 23 years of experience in the bankruptcy and insolvency field and serves as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the Central District of California (1998 - present). Ms. Goldman is a permanent member of the Board of Directors, as well as a past president of both the California Bankruptcy Forum and the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum.
