MICHAEL FRIEDRICHS is a partner with the law firm White and Bright, LLP, where his areas of practice include business litigation, commercial collections, landlord-tenant law and real estate matters. Mr. Friedrichs earned his B.A. degree from the University of California and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, he was the recipient of the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award and the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts. He served on the law review of his law school, San Diego Justice Journal, as an author, executive editor and editor-in-chief. Mr. Friedrichs is admitted to practice in California. He is a member of the Northern San Diego County Bar Association. RANDOLPH W. ORTLIEB is a partner with White and Bright, LLP, where his main areas of practice are collections, business transactions and construction. Mr. Ortlieb is a Judge Pro-Tem of the Superior Court. He is a member of the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County and Oliver Wendell Holmes Inn of Court. Mr. Ortlieb earned his B.A. degree from Pomona College, his J.D. degree from Washington University and his M.B.A. degree from Washington University. JONATHAN R. ZEKO is principal of the San Diego law firm of Grant & Zeko APC, where his practice is devoted to business, commercial and real estate litigation, business and real estate law and collections. He frequently lectures to various professional groups on areas of his practice. Mr. Zeko earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas.
