MODERATOR - WILLIAM T. McLAUGHLIN II is a member of the Fresno law firm of Lang, Richert & Patch. He has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. McLaughlin is a board certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has successfully tried more than 50 jury trials. He earned his B.S. and B.A. degrees from California Baptist College and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Mr. McLaughlin is an advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates; a charter fellow member of The Litigation Counsel of America; and a member of the State Bar of California, the Federal Bar Association and the Fresno County Bar Association.
