THOMAS G. ROCHE is a sole practitioner in San Diego, where he practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability. Mr. Roche has been practicing law for 25 years and has previously lectured for National Business Institute on Social Security disability matters. He has also lectured before the San Diego County Bar Association on Social Security consultative examinations. He has also served as an adjunct professor at San Diego City College, where he taught legal research. Mr. Roche is the co-chair of the Social Security disability section of the San Diego County Bar Association and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSC). He earned his B.A. degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
