CRAIG A. LIVINGSTON earned his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Before attending the University of San Francisco School of Law, he spent five years in law enforcement with a Northern California Police Department. Mr. Livingston earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the USF Law Review. He joined Livingston Law Firm from Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, where he was a partner in the firm's San Francisco office and co-chair of the firm's 30-lawyer product liability/mass tort practice group. Mr. Livingston's practice includes commercial litigation, aviation, trucking and transportation, and general liability matters, with an emphasis on product liability defense and risk management counseling. He has successfully represented manufacturing and product distribution clients in state and federal courts across the country in cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury. Mr. Livingston currently serves as national trial counsel and coordinating counsel for several national and international product manufacturers. He writes and speaks frequently in the areas of civil trial practice, product liability defense and catastrophic injury/damages. Mr. Livingston is a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council and is an active member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
