DAVID ALBERT PIERCE is a partner in the law firm of Pierce Law Group, LLP, where his practice areas include all aspects of management-side employment law, corporate law, securities law, entertainment law and intellectual property matters. He is a skilled problem solver and crisis manager, emphasizing litigation avoidance for the firm's corporate law clients in a wide array of industries ranging from entertainment production companies, service and sales industries, traditional manufacturing, and new technology start-ups. Mr. Pierce is a frequent speaker on legal topics and regularly teaches business courses at UCLA-Extension and Loyola Marymount University. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his J.D. degree, with a concentration in business law and regulation, from Cornell University. Mr. Pierce is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association (former chairman, Labor and Employment Law Section) and the State Bar of California.
