STEVEN R. FOX is a sole practitioner in Encino, where he limits his practice to representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and business reorganization. Mr. Fox represents businesses, individual debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 business reorganization cases; represents creditors in Chapter 13; and represents litigants in adversary proceedings. He frequently speaks and writes on bankruptcy topics. Mr. Fox earned his B.A. degree from the University of California and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. He clerked for the Honorable Richard M. Stair, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Mr. Fox is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, the National Association of Consumer Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
