RAYMOND H. AVER is a member of the Law Offices of Raymond H. Aver, A Professional Corporation ("Aver Firm"). The Aver Firm is a boutique law firm that specializes in debtor/creditor representation. The member of the Aver Firm has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of bankruptcy practice representing debtors and creditors in business and consumer Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Aver is a frequent lecturer to attorneys and business people on various bankruptcy and creditors' rights related topics. He has been a panelist for CEB, National Business Institute, Sterling Education Services, Inc., the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Bankers' Legal Access, Western Association of Equipment Lessors and UCLA Extension. Mr. Aver is a mediator appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and CDCBAA (Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys' Association), The Financial Lawyers Conference, The Los Angeles Bankruptcy forum and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Aver earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. STEPHEN L. BURTON is a sole practitioner in Sherman Oaks, California. Mr. Burton practices primarily in bankruptcy representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court dealing with adversary proceedings and relief from stay matters in chapters 7, 11 and 13. He practices real estate law as well. Mr. Burton is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Beverly Hills Bar Association and Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from Whittier College School of Law. STEVEN R. FOX is a sole practitioner in Encino, where he limits his practice to representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and business reorganization. Mr. Fox represents businesses, individual debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 business reorganization cases; represents creditors in Chapter 13; and represents litigants in adversary proceedings. He frequently speaks and writes on bankruptcy topics. Mr. Fox earned his B.A. degree from the University of California and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. He clerked for the Honorable Richard M. Stair, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Mr. Fox is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, the National Association of Consumer Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
