MICHAEL H. RAICHELSON is the principal of the law office of Raichelson & Orantes, LLP, in Woodland Hills. Mr. Raichelson has concentrated his practice on all aspects of bankruptcy, commercial, and real property disputes since 1994. He also has substantial experience in complex litigation involving federal multi-district litigation. He has provided a wide range of legal counsel to individuals and businesses, including real estate developers, real estate brokers, mortgage companies, escrow companies, contractors, law firms, banks, insurers, and directors and officers. Mr. Raichelson is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the California Bankruptcy Forum, and the Los Angeles County Bankruptcy Forum. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Mr. Raichelson has been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer, which recognizes the top attorneys in Southern California. He earned his B.A. degree in economics and political science at the University of California at Santa Barbara and his J.D. degree, cum laude, at Pepperdine University School of Law. KATHERINE M. WINDLER is counsel to the Santa Monica office of Bryan Cave LLP. Ms. Windler has focused her practice on bankruptcy matters, debtor and creditor rights, reorganization, out of court arrangements, and commercial and business litigation since 1991. She has lectured frequently on a diverse range of topics involving real property loans in California, real property collateral, guaranty enforcement, licensing and regulatory provisions governing mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers, and related corporate compliance and securities issues. Ms. Windler earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, at the University of Colorado and her J.D. degree at the University of California School of Law. She is a member of the Financial Lawyers Conference and a certified level II foreclosure trustee (Uniform Trustee Association).
