DR. BABAK BARCOHANA is an orthopedic and spinal surgeon. COHEN is a doctor in Westlake Village, California. Dr. Cohen is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons (diplomate), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (fellow), American Society for Surgery of the Hand and American Association for Hand Surgery. He is an adjunct professor of Clinical Medicine for USC and he has spoken extensively on his areas of expertise. FLINDERS II is a Qualified Medical Examiner for the state of California. Dr. Flinders is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Flinders is a clinical assistant professor of orthopaedics for the University of Southern California. He earned his B.S. degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Southern California from the masters program and medical school. DR. MARC J. FRIEDMAN is a Qualified Medical Examiner for the state of California Industrial Medical Council Department of Industrial Relations. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a fellow in the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the International Knee Society and the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine. ALAN KARBELNIG provides intensive individual psychotherapy and psychoanalysis using contemporary psychoanalytic models. Dr. Karbelnig devotes part of his practice to marriage counseling. He also offers forensic psychological assessment services. Dr. Karbelnig's forensic work focuses primarily on the administrative, employment, and workers' compensation law arenas, but he also conducts evaluations in the areas of personal injury, will and probate, immigration, criminal, and family law. He teaches, lectures, and writes in the areas of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, psychological assessment, ethics, and mental health law. KAUFMAN is a senior attorney at Geragos & Geragos, and specializes in civil litigation, including complex litigation, class actions, civil rights, products liability, catastrophic personal injuries, and wrongful death cases. In addition to her state and federal court experience, Ms. Kaufman has presented arguments before the California Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. In addition to managing a busy litigation schedule, Ms. Kaufman has conducted numerous seminars involving civil litigation from discovery through trial, and sexual harassment and other work related issues. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Pitzer College in Claremont, California and her J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law's two-year accelerated program. Ms. Kaufman is admitted to practice in the state of California and has appeared in Federal District courts throughout the state of California, as well as in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Louisiana.
