ANDY COOK is a sole practitioner in San Diego, where his areas of practice include divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, property and domestic violence matters. He is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He also frequently serves as a small claims court judge and has filled in a number of times as a judge pro tem in the Family Support Division of the San Diego County Superior Court. Mr. Cook also has served as a court appointed attorney for minor children. He has lectured for the Young and New Lawyers Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law, where he was an honors instructor for first year law students. Mr. Cook is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association (Family Law Section) and the State Bar of California (Family Law Section), and BNI. He also is a past member of the California Western School of Law Alumni Association and has been a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Mr. Cook also serves on several referral panels, including the San Diego County Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service and Modest Means panels. RICHARD G. PRANTIL is a sole practitioner in San Diego, where he practices in family law. He has been a certified family law specialist since 1994. Mr. Prantil is the recipient of the Wills and Trusts, American Jurisprudence Award. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of San Francisco and his J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mr. Prantil is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association (past chair of the Family Law Section and vice chair of the Arbitration Committee). JOSEPH RUSSO is a sole practitioner in San Diego, where he focuses his practice on family law issues. Mr. Russo is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of family law topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego. Mr. Russo is a member of the State Bar of California.
