CATHY L. KNAPP is of counsel to the law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP. Ms. Knapp practices in the areas of estate planning, planning for closely held businesses, tax-exempt organizations, and probate and trust administration. In addition to being an attorney, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona. Ms. Knapp has lectured on estate tax issues for the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Prescott Estate Planning Council. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Ms. Knapp earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati, her M.S. degree from Golden Gate University and her J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. JOHN PAUL PARKS is a sole practitioner in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. He has previously lectured on estate matters for professional groups, including the Southern California Tax and Estate Planning Forum, and National Business Institute. Mr. Parks is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Florida and the District of Columbia. He earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Stetson University, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Miami. Mr. Parks is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Scottsdale Estate Planners and a former agent with the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. in Orlando, Florida. He was also the principal draftsman of the Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation Act that became effective in 1991. DEBRA J. POLLY is an attorney with Fennemore Craig, P.C., where her main areas of practice include estate and trust administration, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Polly has previously lectured for National Business Institute on estate planning and probate matters. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of Nevada, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, and Valley Estate Planners, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. Ms. Polly earned her B.S., M.S. and J.D. degrees, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University. STEPHANIE F. TRIBE is an attorney in the Phoenix office of Fennemore Craig, P.C. Ms. Tribe practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, taxation, and tax-exempt organizations. She is a member of the East Valley Estate Planning Council, the State Bar of Arizona, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and serves on the board of a public charity. Ms. Tribe earned her B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
