AARON BLASE is an attorney with the Law Offices of Scott David Stewart, PLLC, a divorce and family law firm with offices in Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Peoria. He practices exclusively in the area of family law, including divorce, paternity establishment, child custody, child relocation, spousal maintenance and military divorce. CLICK has been practicing law for 17 years. She is a former prosecutor and law school instructor. Ms. Click is a seasoned litigator and has tried hundreds of family law and criminal cases. In 2001, she started the Victim's Legal Assistance Project at the ASU College of Law, and has been recognized by numerous agencies for her caring and compassionate work with victims of crime. Ms. Click teaches seminars on family law trial practice for local bar organizations and speaks on issues of family law for various community organizations. She is an active volunteer for Community Legal Services as well as Wills for Heroes, receiving the 2010 President's Volunteer Service Award. Ms. Click currently limits her practice to family law cases. THOMAS J. GRIGGS is an attorney with The Law Firm of M. Paul Fischer, P.C., where he practices in the area of complex family law matters. Mr. Griggs is a certified specialist in family law by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Griggs was designated as a Southwest Super Lawyer for Family Law in Arizona for 2008, 2009, and 2010, and is a frequent lecturer on family and divorce issues. He is a member of the East Valley and Maricopa County (member, Family Law Section) bar associations, the State Bar of Arizona (member, Family Law Section) and is also a member of the Board of Legal Specialization for the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Griggs has been the chair of the Board of Legal Specialization for the State Bar of Arizona since 2005. Mr. Griggs is listed in Arizona's Finest Lawyers. He also is a member of the Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee for the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Griggs earned his B.A. degree from Simpson College and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. JAMES S. OSBORN POPP is a tempe attorney whose practice emphasis is drafting and processing qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs) to divide retirement plans at dissolution of marriage. He also represents clients in contested retirement asset division litigation. In addition to QDRO preparation for private employer retirement plans, Mr. Osborn Popp's work includes state and federal retirement plans, including Military Retired Pay. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the Superior Court (family law), and he regularly serves as a Rule 72 Family Law Master on retirement division issues. Mr. Osborn Popp was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1992. He earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law. TERESA S. THAYER is a founding partner of the Phoenix law firm of Thayer & Thayer, P.C., where she practices in the area of family law. She has served as a Judge Pro Tem on the Arizona Court of Appeals and has taught at CLE seminars on domestic relations and ethics sponsored by the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Thayer currently serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Arizona College of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (former member, Ethics Section, Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct) and the State Bar of California. She earned her B.S. degree from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Arizona College of Law.
