CHRISTOPHER J. BERRY is an attorney with Berry & Branch, PLLC, in Phoenix. His practice consists exclusively of litigation and trial work. Mr. Berry also acts as a private mediator and arbitrator in commercial and personal injury disputes and lawsuits. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in both injury and commercial lawsuits. JUSTIN D. HOLM is an attorney with Holm Wright Hyde & Hays, PLC. His practice primarily involves construction litigation, he also practices commercial litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense. Mr. Holm has represented individuals, corporations, and municipalities in all phases of litigation. His direct experience includes contract disputes, professional-negligence actions, settlement negotiations, and managing document-intensive cases. Mr. Holm is admitted to practice before all Arizona courts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law. MACK JONES is a partner with the law firm of Bohm & Jones, P.C., where he practices in the areas of civil practice and personal injury law with a focus in premises liability cases on the plaintiff's side. He is a certified specialist by the State Bar of Arizona in the areas of wrongful death and personal injury. Mr. Jones earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. MARK A. RACZKOWSKI earned his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers School of Law and his LL.M. degree in trial advocacy from California Western School of Law, during which he was invited to participate in an internship at the Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc. He is licensed to practice in both Arizona and California. In 2004, Mr. Raczkowski returned to Tucson where he joined The Rabb Penny Law Firm, PLLC as an associate attorney. During the four and one-half years he spent practicing law in Tucson, Mr. he worked to protect the rights of numerous clients who had been injured by the negligence of others while also handling various family law, probate, and criminal matters. Wanting to limit his practice to personal injury law, Mr. Raczkowski joined Bohm & Jones, P.C. in 2009, where he litigates only personal injury cases, including those involving injuries occurring on premises, motor vehicle collisions, dog bites, and insurance company bad faith claims. He is a member of both the American Association for Justice and the Arizona Association for Justice, the two premier legal groups for lawyers working to protect the rights of individuals who have been injured by others. K. THOMAS SLACK is a partner with the Phoenix firm of Beale, Micheaels & Slack, P.C., where his main areas of practice are torts, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death litigation, insurance litigation, products liability, and railroad litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of California Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Slack is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Superlawyers. He is the president elect of the Phoenix Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
