ALISSA A. BAHN is owner of Medical Review Nurse Consultants, Inc.(MRNC), which was founded in 1986. She earned her B.S.N. degree, with honors, her M.N. degree and her M.B.A. degree from the University of Colorado. Ms. Bahn worked at the University of Colorado Hospital for 10 years prior to relocating to Arizona. She has worked in a variety of clinical areas, including general medical, cardiology/telemetry, intermediate care (medical, telemetry and trauma), emergency room, general surgery and orthopedics. Ms. Bahn also has extensive administrative experience as a hospital charge nurse, interim nurse educator, interim nurse manager and project coordinator. She is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and has been a legal nurse consultant since 2002. Ms. Bahn's firm, MRNC, employs multiple nurses, all with a wealth of experience in the evaluation of bodily injury claims, as well as litigation of media intensive cases, large document cases, criminal cases, class action lawsuits, products liability and employment and disability discrimination claims. MICHELE M. FEENEY is the founder of Michele M. Feeney LLC where she is devoted to mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She formerly litigated cases in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and other tort litigation. Ms. Feeney earned her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the American Arbitration Association (Panel of Neutrals), Alternative Dispute Resolution Association, Maricopa County Alternative Dispute Resolution Association, State Bar of Arizona (Conflict Committee), Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (Board of Directors 1998-2006, Co-Chairperson, Medical Malpractice Committee, Chairperson, Seminar Committee, Executive Committee), and the Maricopa County Bar Association Medical Legal Liaison Committee: Member 1992-1998; Chairperson 1997. JAMES C. GOODWIN is an attorney with Sanders & Parks, P.C., where he concentrates his civil defense practice in the representation of clients involved in all aspects of the health care industry. Mr. Goodwin has significant experience in the areas of medical malpractice defense (including alleged physician, nursing, hospital, dental, podiatry, physical therapy, chiropractor and other malpractice), as well as hospital, nursing home and assisted living facility defense. Mr. Goodwin earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Colorado State University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. HUNTER is a Senior Associate with Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA. His main areas of practice are medical malpractice and healthcare, professional liability, construction litigation, commercial and business litigation, accident and personal injury, insurance coverage and bad faith, entity formation and appeals. Mr. Hunter is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association. He also is a member of Commercial Law Leagues of America. Mr. Hunter earned his B.S. degree from the University of Michigan, his M.S. degree from Kansas State University, and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University.
