STEVEN J. BRUZONSKY has practiced plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death cases since entering private practice in 1983. He also handles complex lien situations in personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases for other Arizona attorneys. Mr. Bruzonsky has spoken at various continuing legal education seminars on lien related topics for various legal organizations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from George Washington University National Law Center. Mr. Bruzonsky is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona and before the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. LANCE ENTREKIN is the principal of The Law Offices of Lance Entrekin. He has been an attorney for 16 years and has extensive first chair trial experience, focusing his practice on commercial litigation and personal injury. Mr. Entrekin currently serves on the State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee and the board of Cox Charities. He earned his B.A. and his M.B.A. degrees from the University of Arizona, and his J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Law Center. CHRISTINA GEREMIA is an attorney at the law firm of Polsinelli Shughart, where she practices in the areas of product liability and insurance coverage. Ms. Geremia earned her B.S. degree from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree from the McGeorge School of Law, where she was awarded the Order of the Barristers. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and an active member of the Volunteer Lawyers Program. Ms. Geremia also is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona. JARED SCARBROUGH is a partner with Holm Wright Hyde & Hays, PLC, and concentrates his practice on construction law, green building and construction, insurance defense and subrogation, trucking law and commercial litigation. Mr. Scarbrough manages a diverse caseload of general civil and construction litigation and insurance defense and subrogation matters in various state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has been responsible for initial case assessment and budgeting, case development and litigation strategy, extensive client contact, hiring of experts, taking and defending depositions, all court appearances, including jury and bench trials, settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations, as well as drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and all trial-related documents. Mr. Scarbrough earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts; the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona; and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. CHARLES A. STRUBLE is a shareholder of the Phoenix law firm of Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, P.A., where he has practiced since 1990. He has more than 27 years of experience defending clients in cases involving insurance coverage and bad faith, products liability, professional liability, accident and personal injury, and healthcare and medical malpractice. Mr. Struble currently heads the Accident and Personal Injury practice section of his firm. He is a graduate of Arizona State University, cum laude, and Arizona State University College of Law, cum laude.
