JAMES L. CSONTOS is a partner in the Phoenix law firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP, where he practices in the areas of surety and construction litigation, construction defect litigation, commercial business litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Csontos is a contributing author of 50-state construction lien and bond law related publications and has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, and J.D. degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University. Mr. Csontos is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (member, Construction Law Section and former chair, Executive Council). DAVID D. DODGE is of counsel with the law firm of Lorona Steiner Ducar, Ltd., where he concentrates his practice on legal ethics, lawyer discipline and professional malpractice matters. Mr. Dodge is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Ohio, Cincinnati, Maricopa County and American bar associations, and is a member of the ABA's Center for Professional Responsibility and Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He is a former chair of the Disciplinary Commission of the Arizona Supreme Court, and is a regular contributor to the Arizona Attorney Magazine with articles on legal ethics. Mr. Dodge earned his A.B. degree from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School. PETER S. KOZINETS is of counsel with the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, in Phoenix. He practices in the areas of media law, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, appellate advocacy and constitutional law. Mr. Kozinets has represented clients in trial and appellate courts around the country, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and in legislative matters. He has spoken at CLE seminars on legal ethics, access to public records and open meetings, and internet jurisdiction. Mr. Kozinets received his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He clerked for Judge Roslyn O. Silver in the District of Arizona from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Kozinets is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section, Forum on Communications Law, and ABA-TIPS Media, Defamation and Privacy Committee), the State Bar of California, and the State Bar of Arizona and he is a founding member of the Arizona Bar Section on E-Commerce, Internet and Technology Law. Mr. Kozinets is the author of "Access to the E-Mail Records of Public Officials: Safeguarding the Public's Right to Know," Communications Lawyer (ABA summer 2007) and the co-author of the Arizona chapters of the Media Law Resource Center's 50-State Survey of Media Privacy and Related Law; the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press' "The Reporters Privilege" on-line compendium; and the Media Law Resource Center's 50-State Survey of Employment Privacy Law.
