SARA AGNE is an associate with Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., where her practice is concentrated in health care litigation, compliance and regulatory matters. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was the associate editor (2007 to 2008) and a contributing editor (2008 to 2009) for the Law Review. McKINNEY is a paralegal with the law firm Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA, where she focuses on health care and medical malpractice litigation. Ms. McKinney conducts medical, legal and factual research, as well as investigations. She prepares pleadings, memoranda and briefs, witness lists and exhibits, and trial notebooks. Her other responsibilities include coordinating and managing document productions, locating and interviewing witnesses and experts, and assisting lawyers at trial. Ms. McKinney earned her B.A. degree from the University of Arizona. HEATHER A. NEAL is an attorney at Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA, in Phoenix, Arizona. Following graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, she joined a growing law firm in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she practiced general litigation, personal injury, employment law, collections and premises liability. After several years of representing plaintiffs in a variety of litigation, Ms. Neal then moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and joined the law firm of Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA, where her primary focus changed to the defense of health care professionals. Ms. Neal's primary practice areas are health care, medical malpractice, long-term care litigation and premises liability. Ms. Neal has defended physicians, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, group homes and home health care groups. Since joining Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA., she has contributed to several compendiums sponsored and published by the American Law Firm Association, the most recent titled "Health Law Compendium 2008: Document Retention Policies: Applicable State Law and Best Practices for the Healthcare Industry." Ms. Neal also has spoken at seminars for the Arizona Podiatry Board and various seminars for National Business Institute concerning medical malpractice issues and regulatory law. Ms. Neal is licensed to practice law in both Arizona, and South Carolina. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, and the South Carolina, American and Maricopa County bar associations. Ms. Neal received her B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
