STACY A. HINKEL is the research services manager for the San Diego and Phoenix offices of DLA Piper. Ms. Hinkel has extensive background in legal and corporate research and has worked as a law librarian for the past 9 years. During most of those years, she also was an adjunct professor teaching legal research at Phoenix College. Ms. Hinkel is a member of the American Association of Law Librarians and an inactive member of the State Bar of Arizona. She earned her B.A. degree from Northern Arizona University and her J.D. degree from Arizona State University. Ms. Hinkel will complete her Masters in Library and Information Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2011. JIM KULLA joined the SEORCHERS team in late 2008. Mr. Kulla's career path has taken him from successful salesman (through the mid 90's), to manager and trainer (through 2001), to entrepreneur and consultant (present). He has a tireless work ethic and understands the process of improving your business results is never ending. Mr. Kulla's interest in web development started back in 2000 as a sales and marketing manager for a large local contractor (helping develop their website). Today with the evolution of all things web and under the considerable tutelage of Justin, he applies the principals of his past with his passion for sales and marketing to help the team achieve the very best results for their clients. Mr. Kulla also trains all staff and referral partners on the SEORCHERS brand of ethical SEO. S. JENNIFER MANNINO is co-founder and president of RISC, LLC. Servicing a number of business sectors, her specialization is in domestic and international intelligence gathering, investigative due diligence and corporate investigations. Ms. Mannino manages and conducts full cycle investigations in support of commercial lending institutions, alternative investment groups and law firms. She earned her B.A. degree from Fordham University and her MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Mannino serves as the chairperson for AzALL's Legal Research Institute, and actively speaks before legal organizations and alternative investment communities on the methodologies and analyses of background investigations. She has previously spoken for the CLE Series in cooperation with High-Stakes Communication and Jury Behavior Research "Thinking Inside the Box: Strengthening Pre-Trial Strategy from Inside the Jury and Witness Box" and for the NCISS 35th Annual Conference "Raising the Bar on Due Diligence Investigations." Ms. Mannino has previously written articles in her main areas of practice. She is a member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds, ASIS International, Association for Corporate Growth, Arizona, Rotary 100, Central Phoenix Women, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Arizona Association of Law Libraries. GENEVIEVE NICHOLSON is a research librarian with the law firm Lewis and Roca LLP. Ms. Nicholson earned her J.D. degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of West Georgia. DANIEL G. PEREZ is co-founder and CEO of RISC, LLC and chairman of Subrosa Investigations, LLC. For the past 30 years, Mr. Perez has developed expertise in multiple investigative techniques and is recognized for his professionalism and commitment to the industry. He began his career as a private investigator in Chicago, Illinois. Educated at both Loyola University and the University of Illinois, Mr. Perez is a recognized expert in outstanding interviewing and interrogation techniques, and is often called upon to share his knowledge and/or to question witnesses or subjects in complex and highly-sensitive investigations. He is a "hands-on" leader, who acts as a teacher, guide and professional mentor to his agency's employees and investigators, serving as a role model of ethics and excellence, both personally and professionally. In addition to Mr. Perez's work with Subrosa Investigations, LLC, he has served as the director of Illinois' North Suburban Regional Gang Crimes Task Force and as a Police Commissioner for the community of Grayslake, Illinois. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Licensed Private Investigators, American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), State Bar of Arizona (Professional Services Provider), Arizona Trial Lawyers' Association (Professional Services Provider), Special Agents Association (past president), Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Phoenix Citizens' Police Academy Alumni Association.
