SHERIDA COLVIN is an attorney with Littler Mendelson, P.C., where she advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including discrimination and sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, drug testing, wage and hour disputes, and preventative employer training and counseling. Ms. Colvin has experience regarding employment handbooks, employment policies and employment contracts including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. Ms. Colvin earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University. STEVEN M. GUTTELL is a sole practitioner in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he focuses his practice on advising clients on employment law issues. He is a frequent lecturer and author on a variety of employment and alternative dispute resolution topics, and is the Discrimination Chapter editor of the Arizona Employment Law Handbook published by the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Guttell was a trial attorney with the U. S. Department of Labor handling, among other matters, exemption classification disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act. CHRIS M. MASON is a shareholder with the law firm of Polsinelli Shughart PC, where he represents employers in employment and labor litigation in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. Mr. Mason counsels management on federal and state laws, rules and regulations. SELDEN is a partner with The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A., in Phoenix, Arizona, where he represents employers in a wide variety of employment law matters and litigation. Mr. Selden is the author of several of Arizona's employment laws, including the landmark 1996 Employment Protection Act, the Constructive Discharge law and the 2011 drug testing legislation. He has chaired or co-chaired the Arizona Chamber of Commerce Employment Committee for more than 20 years. Mr. Selden has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 16 years. WOODARD is a partner with the law firm of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law.
