MARC S. GLADNER is a partner in the Phoenix law firm of Crosby & Gladner, P.C., where he practices in the areas of insurance subrogation and collections. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on collections matters and other areas related to his practice. Mr. Gladner attended the University of Colorado and earned his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, several Indian court bars, and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit court's of appeals. TIMOTHY R. GRIMM is an attorney with the Phoenix law firm of Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, P.A. He practices in the areas of transportation law, accidents and injuries, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Grimm is a member of the State Bar of Arizona. He earned his B.S. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University. DAVID LIPPMAN is a shareholder at Burton Lippman Law Group, P.C., with offices in Arizona and California. Mr. Lippman, along with his law partner, Stephen D. Burton, devote their entire practice to both retail and commercial debt collection, FDCPA defense, and complex insurance subrogation recovery. He has worked in the collection industry for more than 29 years. Mr. Lippman frequently instructs, lectures and writes about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He earned his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Lippman is a member of NARCA (National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys), CLLA (The Commercial Law League of America), NASP (National Association of Subrogation Professionals), a founding member of the Arizona Creditors' Bar Association (ACBA), the State Bar of Arizona, the American Bar Association, ACA International, as well as a member of the Arizona Collectors Association. He is the former MAP (Members Attorney Program) chair for the state of Arizona and served on the board of the Arizona Collector's Association. Mr. Lippman is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court for the District of Arizona and all Arizona Justice and Superior courts. RANDY NUSSBAUM is a founding shareholder of Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner, P.C., a Scottsdale law firm specializing in complex and unusual bankruptcies, commercial litigation, construction and corporate law, estate planning, transactional, real estate and tax law. Prior to starting Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner, P.C., Mr. Nussbaum was a principal of Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., for 17 years. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his law degree from Arizona State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Construction sections), the Scottsdale Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Mr. Nussbaum is a former director of the Scottsdale Bar Association, the current director of the Maricopa County Bar Association and chair of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation. He is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Mr. Nussbaum's practice concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy-in which he is both a national and state certified specialist?real estate, construction and contracting law. He is a frequent lecturer and author for the State and Maricopa County bar associations, the Arizona State University Alumni Association and a number of professional and trade groups on bankruptcy, construction and real estate topics. Mr. Nussbaum has spoken at regional presentations sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute on a variety of bankruptcy-related subjects. He also chairs a yearly seminar on bankruptcy Chapter 13 sponsored by the ASU Law School Alumni Association.
