October 12 - Little Rock ADAM H. CROW is a member of Rose Law Firm in Little Rock Arkansas. Ms. Hurst holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law where she teaches Estate and Gift Tax and Estate Planning. Ms. Hurst was recognized as one of the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's Forty Under 40 for 2010. Ms. Hurst focuses serves as l egal counsel to high net worth individuals and families; and focuses her practice on matters involving asset protection, estate planning, wealth preservation and private family funds, trust and estates, tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations, business formation, banking regulatory and commercial financing transactions, family business planning and taxation, including taxation of highly compensated individuals.
