G. GREGORY NIBLOCK is the founder of G. Gregory Niblock, P.A. d/b/a Niblock & Bueker, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Niblock's practice areas include bankruptcy, Social Security and personal injury. She is a longtime member and past board member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the American Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Ms. Samuels is the author of Social Security Disability Claims: Practice and Procedures, 2nd Edition (4 volumes), first published by West Publishing (now Thomson/Reuters) in 1994, which she revises and supplements annually. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois, New York and Arkansas. Ms. Samuels earned her B.A. degree from Antioch College and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law. J.G. "GERRY" SCHULZE is a partner with the Little Rock law firm of Baker Schulze & Murphy, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of appellate law, plaintiffs' personal injury litigation, and civil and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Schulze also is a member of SCRIBES, which is an organization for legal writers. He was the institute chair for the Arkansas Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Institute in 1996 and 1997. Mr. Schulze earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. JAMES W. STANLEY JR. is a sole practitioner in North Little Rock, where his main areas of practice are Social Security and veterans affairs representation. He has spoken to numerous professional groups, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and the National Organization of Veterans Advocates. Mr. Stanley earned his B.S. degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas (member, Social Security Committee) and American bar associations, The Missouri Bar, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, and the National Organization of Veterans Advocates. DAVID J. THROESCH is the owner of the David Throesch Law Firm, which consists of three attorneys and nine staff members. The firm handles Social Security disability exclusively and represents claimants in approximately 600 hearings a year. Mr. Throesch has been practicing law since 1976. He was a deputy prosecuting attorney for 24 years and a public defender for 4 years. Mr. Throesch has represented Social Security claimants since 1976 and has limited his practice to only Social Security disability since 2006. DANIEL A. WEBB is a sole practitioner in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has a general practice, with a substantial amount of his time devoted to Social Security cases. Mr. Webb also practices in the areas of business formation and entity selection, probate, personal injury, domestic relations, and criminal law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.
