June 14 - Fayetteville ANGELA G. HENRY is in-house counsel for WACO Title Company. Ms. Henry's areas of practice include real estate and title insurance. Prior to joining WACO Title Company, she was in private practice in Springdale, Arkansas, where her practice included corporate, estate planning and real estate matters. Before moving to Arkansas, Ms. Henry practiced in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she worked in the title insurance division of a law firm. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa and her Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University. Ms. Henry is a member of the Real Estate Sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Since joining WACO Title Company, Ms. Henry has presented seminars on real property and title insurance throughout Northwest Arkansas to banks, real estate professionals and attorneys. KATHERINE MYERS is a commercial underwriting and closing attorney with WACO Title Company, where her areas of practice include real estate and title insurance. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association (Real Estate Section). Ms. Myers earned her J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. June 15 - Little Rock WAYNE A. ACKERMAN is a sole practitioner at Wayne Ackerman, Attorney at Law, in Bentonville, where his main areas of practice are real estate and probate. Mr. Ackerman earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas. DON A. EILBOTT is of counsel with Jack Nelson Jones Jiles & Gregory, P.A., in Little Rock, Arkansas. His practice is primarily real estate and title insurance. Mr. Eilbott is a member of the Jefferson County, Pulaski County and Arkansas bar associations. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Arkansas, including federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Eilbott has represented title insurance underwriters, title insurance agents and handled title insurance claims in excess of 30 years. His previous experience includes management positions in title insurance, finance and bonding. Mr. Eilbott earned his B.S. degree in business administration, with honors, and his J.D. degree at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. H. BRADLEY WALKER is of counsel for the Catlett Law Firm, PLC, where he focuses his practice on real estate, commercial law, property transfer and succession planning and domestic relations. Mr. Walker earned his B.A. degree from Coe College and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He has spoken to various professional groups on topics relating to his areas of practice. Mr. Walker is a member of the Arkansas and American bar associations.
