KIMBERLY D. BURNETTE is a partner and the supervising attorney of the bankruptcy litigation department at the Little Rock, Arkansas, office of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. She joined the firm in April 2000. Ms. Burnette earned her B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She is admitted to the bar of the State of Arkansas, the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and Western District of Tennessee, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Ms. Burnette is a member and former president of the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas, Inc., and a member and former board member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. She also is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Ms. Burnette's area of practice is mortgage banking with a focus on bankruptcy law. STEPHEN L. GERSHNER is a partner in the Davidson Law Firm, Ltd., and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. Mr. Gershner earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a member of the Arkansas and American bar associations. ROSANNA HENRY is a partner in the Little Rock law firm of Dyke, Henry, Goldsholl & Winzerling, P.L.C., where she practices in the areas of foreclosures and real estate closings, bankruptcy and evictions. She received her B.A. degree from Arkansas State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Ms. Henry is a member of the Arkansas Land Title Association, the Pulaski County and Arkansas bar associations, the Creditor-Debtor Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and she is an affiliated board member of the American Legal and Financial Network. J.P. SELLERS is an attorney for the foreclosure, legal and title departments of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. He is a past speaker for the Arkansas Bar Association on foreclosure issues. Mr. Sellers earned his B.A. degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. He was admitted to the bar of the State of Arkansas in 2009. Mr. Sellers is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and was an inaugural member of the 2011 Arkansas Bar Association Leadership Academy.
