GILL A. ROGERS is a principal of Larkowski and Rogers in Little Rock, where his primary areas of practice are civil tort litigation, construction litigation, workers' compensation and general insurance defense. He has handled (on both sides) workers' compensation claims; matters involving personal and commercial injury; and he has handled claims in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Rogers earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County bar associations, the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. He serves on the Arkansas Bar Association's House of Delegates and is a member of the Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. Mr. Rogers is a frequent lecturer on topics that interest him, including preparing a witness for and defending the deposition, recent case law and punitive damages, handling construction defect litigation claims, bad faith in Arkansas, insurance coverage and practice and a number of issues related to Arkansas workers' compensation practice. BROOKS C. WHITE is an attorney with the Arkansas firm of Allen Law Firm, P.C., where his areas of practice include insurance coverage and commercial litigation. He is a certified public accountant (inactive) in Louisiana. Mr. White earned his B.B.A. degree from Northeast Louisiana University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, Mr. White was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. He is a member of the Pulaski County and Arkansas bar associations and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. TODD WOOTEN is a partner with the Laser Law Firm, P.A. In more than 130 jury trials over 16 years, Mr. Wooten has represented major companies, small businesses and individuals in cases with claims for personal injury; product liability; professional liability; insurance defense and insurance coverage (breach of contract, regulatory and bad faith); business litigation, including business torts, complex commercial litigation, premises liability, trucking and transportation defense; and employment practice litigation. He has appeared in numerous mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Wooten received his juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas in 1994. In 2001, he received an LL.M. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He was admitted to practice law in 1994, Arkansas; 1994, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; 1995, U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit; 1998, U.S. Supreme Court; 2002, U.S. Tax Court.
