GLENN E. BORKOWSKI is of counsel to the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP. Mr. Borkowski began his practice in a period of relatively strong economic conditions, representing both buyers and sellers of manufacturing, retail and service businesses, and borrowers and lenders in negotiation and documentation of loans secured by real property and other assets. He also engaged in an active commercial real estate development practice. In the current market of turmoil and recession, Mr. Borkowski has reoriented his practice, in large part, to representing lenders in loan enforcement, bankruptcy, loan workouts and modifications, providing advice on all aspects of bankruptcy including enforcement of lenders' rights, obtaining relief from the automatic stay to permit a lender to proceed with state law foreclosure rights and remedies, asset purchases and sales, lease assumption and assignment, adequate protection and plans of reorganization. He also provides comprehensive legal services to businesses, including assistance in the formation of business entities, compliance with applicable corporate and limited liability company laws and governance issues, and matters concerning general contracts, real estate, employment and taxation. Mr. Borkowski serves as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Bowen School of Law where his current coursework is in the area of contract drafting. Previously he co-taught a course on real estate finance. Mr. Borkowski is a member of the bars of Arkansas and the District of Columbia, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. CHAD L. CUMMING JR. is an attorney with Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A., where he focuses his practice in education law, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, real estate and resort development, securities law, corporate and municipal finance, and general corporate and commercial law. After earning his undergraduate degree at Westminster College and his teaching certificate at the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Cumming taught in both public and parochial schools for ten years. While teaching, he earned a master's degree in education administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Cumming also served in administrative positions and worked with the Arkansas Department of Education in developing the reading benchmarks exam. He then went on to earn his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. R. NEIL DENMAN, CPA, earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University. Upon graduation he started his accounting career with the Big Five firm of Deloitte and Touche, LLP, and then received his license to practice in 1998. After five years in the tax compliance department, Mr. Denman joined the Rogers Accounting Firm, P.A. and was admitted as a partner in 2002. After managing the day-to-day operations of Rogers, Denman, & Associates, PLLC, for more than two years, he completed the buyout of his partner in the summer of 2005 forming Denman & Associates, CPA, P.A. Currently, Mr. Denman works primarily with small closely held businesses. In addition to the operations of Denman & Associates, CPA, P.A., he also is the managing partner for Millennium Payroll Solutions. Mr. Denman is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas State Society of Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He currently serves as treasurer for Calvary Baptist Church, president of the Westside Referral Chapter of Business Network International. DANIEL A. WEBB is a sole practitioner in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has a general practice with a substantial amount of his time devoted to Social Security cases. Mr. Webb also practices in the areas of business formation and entity selection, probate, personal injury, domestic relations and criminal law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School. Mr. Webb was licensed to practice law in 2000 and started his own practice in 2001. He is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Bar Association.
