JOSEPH PATRICK JAYNES is an attorney and sole propriotor of Jaynes Mediation where he limits his practice to alternative dispute resolution. Prior to becoming a certified mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Jaynes practiced for 18 years principally in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on representing clients injured due to the negligence of others, including medical negligence, products liability and class-action pharmaceutical litigation. Mr. Jaynes has also served as special prosecutor and judge in the District Courts of Searcy, Arkansas and Bald Knob, Arkansas. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western districts of the U.S. Federal Courts in Arkansas. Mr. Jaynes is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators and has completed several certificates of advanced mediator training with that association. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Hendrix College, his J.D. degree from University of Arkansas, Little Rock Law School, and his dispute resolution training at Missouri State University in conjunction with Washington University. Mr. Jaynes maintains offices in Little Rock, Arkansas and Searcy, Arkansas. He has also conducted mediations in Missouri, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. EDWARD T. OGLESBY is of counsel in Kutak Rock LLP's Little Rock office. He has extensive litigation experience as both a plaintiff and defense counsel in the areas of personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, construction, and contract and general litigation matters. He is a member of the litigation section of the firm and practices primarily in the commercial litigation field. Mr. Oglesby is a member of the Arkansas and Louisiana State bar associations, the Arkansas Trial Lawyer Association and the Inn of Court. He also is admitted in all Arkansas Federal District Courts, the Western District of both Louisiana and Tennessee, and both the 4th and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Oglesby is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education classes and a former instructor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in the Department of Political Science. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was the assistant editor of the Law Review. BRIAN W. RAY is a partner at the law firm of Clevenger & Ray, PLLC, where his areas of practice include civil litigation in personal injury, medical negligence, business and commercial litigation, insurance, employment law and appeals. Mr. Ray also practices in criminal defense for all offenses. He is a member of the American and Arkansas bar associations, American Trial Lawyers Association and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Ray earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Henderson State University and J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. BROOKS C. WHITE is an attorney with the Allen Law Firm, P.C., in Little Rock, where he represents litigation clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation. Mr. White has represented both insurance companies and insureds in insurance coverage matters, which has included CGL coverage issues, bad faith claims and subrogation/contribution claims. He is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County bar associations. Mr. White earned his B.B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
