MICHELE S. ALLGOOD is an attorney at the law firm of Williams & Anderson PLC, where she practices primarily in the area of municipal finance, and also handles matters of general corporate law, commercial finance, and securities. Ms. Allgood graduated summa cum laude with distinction from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and earned her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt School of Law. Ms. Hanson graduated with honors, earning a B.S. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is currently serving on the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants Taxation Committee. MICHELLE MANN CPA, is a tax senior manager with JPMS Cox, PLLC, in Little Rock and has more than 30 years of experience in all areas of taxation. Ms. Mann is a specialist for the firm in non-profit organization taxation and state taxation. She was previously director of state and local taxation for Alltel, a communication company acquired by Verizon Wireless in 2009, and held various tax positions in the Alltel organization for more than 25 years. Ms. Mann began her career with Price Waterhouse. She recently completed a Master of Science degree in taxation with a Graduate Certificate in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Texas Christian University. Ms. Mann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. VINCENT M. WARD is an attorney at Wolff Law Firm, P.A. His practice involves advanced tax issues, including federal and state tax controversy, corporate transactions, estate planning, non-profit entity planning, and business planning. Mr. Ward earned dual graduate degrees of an LL.M. degree in taxation from Southern Methodist University, and a J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas. JACOB WELLS CPA, is an audit senior manager with JPMS Cox, PLLC, and has 19 years of public accounting experience specializing in serving nonprofit organizations. Mr. Wells served on the founding Board of Directors of Arkansas Coalition for Excellence, the state association of Arkansas nonprofit organizations as well as on the Board of Directors of Nonprofit Resources, Inc. He has also instructed dozens of nonprofit seminars, including annually at the Summit , the nonprofit conference for the State of Arkansas.
