June 29 - Fayetteville TINA M. DAMRON is an attorney with Damron Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Damron is responsible for litigating cases from case investigation, discovery, motion practice and depositions through trial and settlement when appropriate. She is a member of The Florida Bar, and Rhode Island and Arkansas bar associations. Ms. Damron is a former prosecutor with more than a decade of experience. She earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Florida State University and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. Upon graduation, Ms. Damron began her legal career as a prosecutor in Jacksonville, Florida, where she tried numerous cases including misdemeanors such as DUI and domestic battery, to felonies such as armed robbery and attempted first degree murder. June 30 - Little Rock JIM JACKSON is a trial attorney with the Jackson Law Firm, where he practices in the areas of aviation litigation, personal injury and litigation. He was recently appointed by the Governor of Arkansas to serve as a Special Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court. Mr. Jackson is frequently called upon to speak to attorneys on issues such as complex litigation, effectively using demonstrative exhibits at trial and liability insurance coverage. He earned his B.A. degree from Hendrix College and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas Law School in Little Rock. Mr. Jackson's peers selected him as a Super Lawyer in the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 editions of Law & Politics for the Mid-South Region. He was elected by his peers to serve as a member of the Arkansas Bar Association's House of Delegates. Fellow trial attorneys elected him to the Board of Governors for ATLA. CARL DAVID LANDIS is a principal in the Jonesboro firm of Womack, Landis, Phelps & McNeill, P.A., where he practices in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from Tulane University of Louisiana, where he was a case editor for Moot Court and a Moot Court finalist. Mr. Landis has lectured at several seminars on topics relating to his areas of practice. MITCHELL is a sole practitioner at the Little Rock law office of David S. Mitchell, P.A., where he focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury and class action.
