GILL A. ROGERS is a principal with Larkowski and Rogers, in Little Rock, where his primary areas of practice are civil tort litigation, construction litigation, workers' compensation and general insurance defense. He has handled (on both sides) workers' compensation claims, matters involving personal and commercial injury, and claims in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Rogers earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County bar associations, the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Rogers serves on the Arkansas Bar Association's House of Delegates and is a member of the committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. He is a frequent lecturer on topics that interest him, including preparing a witness for and defending the deposition, recent case law and punitive damages, handling construction defect litigation claims, bad faith in Arkansas, insurance coverage and practice, and a number of issues related to Arkansas workers' compensation practice. J.G. "GERRY" SCHULZE is a partner with the Little Rock law firm of Baker Schulze & Murphy, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of appellate law, plaintiffs' personal injury litigation, and civil and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Schulze also is a member of SCRIBES, which is an organization for legal writers. He was the institute chair for the Arkansas Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Institute in 1996 and 1997. Mr. Schulze earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. BROOKS C. WHITE is an attorney with the Allen Law Firm, P.C. in Little Rock, where he represents litigation clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation. He has represented both insurance companies and insureds in insurance coverage matters, which has included CGL coverage issues, bad faith claims and subrogation/contribution claims. Mr. White is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County bar associations. He earned his B.B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
