CHRIS A. AVERITT is a partner of Scholtens & Averitt, PLC in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where he practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and appellate practice. JIM JACKSON is a trial attorney with the Jackson Law Firm, where he practices in the areas of aviation litigation, personal injury and litigation. He was recently appointed by the Governor of Arkansas to serve as a Special Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court. Mr. Jackson is frequently called upon to speak to attorneys on issues such as complex litigation, effectively using demonstrative exhibits at trial and liability insurance coverage.
