JIMMY EATON has been handling consumer bankruptcy cases for more than 30 years. He is an honor graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville. He is currently in solo practice. For many years, Mr. Eaton was senior partner of Eaton and Embry, a leading Arkansas consumer bankruptcy firm. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar. CHARLES S. EMBRY is a sole practitioner in North Little Rock where his practice areas include bankruptcy, debtor/creditor and Chapter 11. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Debtor/Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas and the Consumer Bankruptcy Bar. Mr. Embry earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville. ANNABELLE PATTERSON is an attorney with the Baim Law Firm where she practices in the area of bankruptcy. Ms. Patterson earned her B.A. degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and her J.D. degree from University of Arkansas Law School. She is also a graduate of Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Boot Camp. Ms. Patterson is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Garland County Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and ATLA.
